The design balanced the client’s need for additional living space with the area’s established architectural character and zoning constraints. Through careful planning, coordination, and successful Committee of Adjustment approvals, the project moved efficiently through the permitting process and is now ready for construction.

DescriptThis 21-unit townhouse development was designed to create a modern, cohesive streetscape while maximizing site efficiency and livability. The project features contemporary architectural detailing, functional family-oriented layouts, integrated garages, and coordinated dual frontage conditions with street-facing entrances and rear laneway access. Golf Clubhouse
Designed in collaboration with Rachel Sun Architect Inc., this modern golf clubhouse redevelopment was envisioned as a new destination for both members and guests. The project combines a contemporary restaurant and hospitality space at grade with residential-style accommodation units above, creating a vibrant multi-use clubhouse experience. The design focused on clean architectural lines, warm materiality, and expansive views toward the golf course, delivering a modern identity while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Designed as a full-time family retreat in Muskoka, this custom cabin was created for clients relocating north to build their long-term dream home surrounded by nature.
